Are you a young arts practitioner who would like to voice out your
opinions or perspectives through your powerful, inspiring new work? The
South African State Theatre’s Education, Youth and Children’s Theatre
(EYCT) Department is excited to announce the call for applications for
the annual Youth Expressions Festival which will run from 16 – 30 June
2022.
Young creatives are invited to submit their proposal for the following
genres:
1. Children’s Theatre
2. Dance/ Physical Theatre
3. Drama
4. Musical Theatre
5. Music
6. Poetry
7. Visual Arts

In addition to the financial support, The South African State Theatre will
provide all selected candidates with artistic and technical support.

2021, please consider your application unsuccessful.
