While going to the theatre is certainly a special occasion, there is no required dress code. You’ll probably be most comfortable in smart casual wear.
While 15 to 20 minutes is generally sufficient, theaters do suggest getting there about 30 minutes before the start of the production/event to allow time to find parking, buy a drink before the show and pick up your tickets from the box office.
Our general policy is that we do not accept cancellations, and therefore do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, let us know your particular situation and we will do our best to assist you.
We will only be able to refund your tickets because of bad weather if the producers of the show make the decision to cancel your performance or issue refunds despite having performed. Otherwise, no refunds will be possible.
Our Front of House Managers are available from 08:00am to 11:00pm, 7 days a week to take care of any box office issues. If you have a problem collecting your tickets, please stay at the theatre and call us, or ask ushers to assist you. Any issue can usually be cleared up easily from there.
