Ons bevind onself by 'n kontroversiële 'bekeeringskamp' wat jong seuns in mans probeer verander.

Vir.Ander is a new South African drama by the Naledi Award winning team that brought you AS.
A play based on true events. It deals with masculinity, what it means to be a young Afrikaans man, the pressures that come with family obligations when someone is not allowed to be who they are or express themselves in a way that they want to in a very complex place like the new South Africa. It shines a light on homosexuality, what that means, the controversy of how it is perceived and how families take it on. It takes a look at a group of young men who are sent to a conversion camp in order to become “men”. It deals with manhood, masculinity, sexuality and acceptance. At the end of the day the only thing that pulls people through is standing together, unity and your perception of freedom.
