A soulful Jazz music performance by Ncamisa Nqana.
A bird with melodies: THAGA is about a songbird from Mamelodi that loves to expresses her emotions through song and melody. She will be taking you on a journey through song, poetry, acting and dance. With this artistic package, is it to magnify the emotion of song to its core emotion, to get the message across easier to the audience. On the musical side, Ncamisa will be the musical director as she will be performing her compositions. She will be accompanies by a sextet, rhythm section and two saxophones. Three poets will also join in the fun. This will be a jazz and influences of African indigenous music offering
